Elena earned her law degree in 2014 from the South Texas College of Law in Houston and is a member of the Texas Bar. She is committed to using her vast experience in personal injury law, immigration, and other legal and business matters to assist clients.

Elena is licensed to practice law by the State Bar of Texas, and thus is licensed to practice federal law in all of the 50 states. As immigration law is federal law, Elena is licensed to practice immigration law in all 50 states.

Attorney Elena Vlady is a proud member of AILA, the American Immigration Lawyers Association, the largest and oldest immigration law association in the United States. This organization is active in the ongoing national debate on immigration.

Elena has grown up in three different countries, including the Eastern European countries Estonia and Russia, and speaks the Russian language.
